First off the TQ software is super user friendly. I love how the choosing of a solid candidate Is based upon the clients needs. TQ has really helped in our journey. The biggest benefit is finding the right candidate suitable for the job. The super neat thing about TQ is that you can measure a candidates output, whether their performance has increased, decreased or stayed about the same.
