This position will report the Finance controller and will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks focused on the timely and accurate recording of the business’ transactions.
Your day will include:
- Generate invoices and sending to customers
- Monitor the processing of invoices
- Recording and reconciling payments
- Perform account reconciliations
- Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Preparation of revenue reports
- Assist with month-end close
What we need from you:
- Looking for candidate with experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Good Communication skills.
- Proficiency with commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Microsoft Business Central, Oracle, SAP.
- Educational qualification: BCom/Mcom/CA Inter
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
