Frank – Description

Frank joined TalentQuest (then known as Bleke & Boyd) in 1985 and was named chief executive officer in 1993. With the support of his longtime mentor, Dr. Robert Bleke, Frank led the company’s transformation from a small boutique firm strictly providing niche-consulting services to a provider of fully integrated talent management solutions serving organizations nationwide.

Frank has dedicated his career to helping organizations maximize the value of their investment in people, earning a reputation as a respected leader and a trusted advisor. In addition to his leadership role at TalentQuest, Frank continues to actively consult in areas such as executive evaluation, succession planning, board development and management integration following mergers.

Frank earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, and a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Frank is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Georgia Psychological Association. He also serves on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce board of directors and has volunteered his time and professional services to many nonprofit institutions, including the Cancer Coalition of Georgia, the Jewish Federation of Atlanta, the Atlanta Opera and the Care and Counseling Center of Georgia.

Frank and his wife, Jan, live in Atlanta. They have four grown children.

Kevin – Description

Kevin Sessions is President of TalentQuest, a leading provider of talent management software and services. As President, Kevin is focused on building a culture that fosters innovation and exceptional levels of service and is responsible for overall business management, growth strategies and the delivery of TalentQuest’s integrated talent management solutions. His oversight includes sales, marketing, client success, public relations, and the direction and development of the company’s talent management software suite. In addition, Kevin manages all external partnerships and is committed to continually fostering TalentQuest’s competitive positioning as a unique solutions provider in the talent management marketplace.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has been instrumental in the growth of many companies through strategic planning, effective teambuilding, market and competitive analysis, designing and implementing sales and marketing programs, establishing partnerships, and other related brand-development efforts. Prior to joining TalentQuest, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for WebRoomz, a provider of Web-based housing management software.

Kevin is heavily involved in the community where he sits on the Board of Directors and the Administrative Committee of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Council of Zoo Atlanta, and is Chairman of the Board of 21st Century Leaders, a non-profit focused on the development of high school youth. An avid tennis player, Kevin was a four-year letterman and captain of the University of Georgia tennis team. He stays connected to the tennis community through Board Seats with the Georgia Tennis Foundation and the Georgia Tennis Champions Club.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications from the University of Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis, running, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Meg live in Atlanta and have three children, Weslyn, Charlie, and Rosemary.

Rachel – Description

Rachel joined the TalentQuest team in 1994. As chief operating officer, she is responsible for ongoing business operations and strategy of the company. In addition, Rachel leads the TalentQuest team of consulting professionals and Ph.D. psychologists who design custom competencies, provide coaching, conduct training, develop leaders and evaluate assessment data for clients. Rachel ensures that all TalentQuest consulting solutions are delivered to exceed client expectations every time. Rachel has spent the entirety of her TalentQuest career supporting the firm’s growth and evolution, and expanding our product offerings.

Prior to her appointment as COO, Rachel served as the TalentQuest Chief Relationship Officer and worked with an acute focus on fostering close, service-directed client partnerships. Prior to joining TalentQuest, she worked as an independent consultant helping organizations develop their human resources functions. Rachel leverages this background in human resources, business and consulting as she works with TalentQuest clients.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Vassar College and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resources from Georgia State University.
Rachel is actively involved with her children’s school as well as the Atlanta Women’s Shelter.

She and her husband, Larry, live in Decatur, Ga., with their two young children.

Niranjan Nimkar

Niranjan – Description

As the CTO at TalentQuest, Niranjan leads Product Management, Software Development and Infrastructure. He is also responsible for the company’s information security policies and compliance. Niranjan joined TalentQuest in 2007.

Niranjan has more than 20 years of experience leading and managing small and large-scale software solutions in several countries. He has an extensive background in business requirements analysis, IT budgeting, global sourcing, vendor management, product design and agile product development across many business verticals, including manufacturing, financial services, and human capital management (HCM).

Niranjan has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science from the University of Pune, India. He enjoys playing guitar, NFL football and traveling. Niranjan and his wife, Eve, live in Sandy Springs, Ga.

Yogish Shanbhag

Yogish – Description

Yogish, with over 17 years of experience in e-learning, Multimedia delivery and operations, has played a key role in facilitating functional delivery, operations, sales & marketing and quality functions. He has eminently handled key positions with organizations such as GE, SIFY and Accenture. Prior to conceptualizing and establishing Purpleframe, Yogish played a pivotal role as Vice President-Operations at Accenture – HR outsourcing business.

Yogish's zealous persona of seeing Purpleframe as one of leading organizations in learning & media industry brings in motivation amongst the Purpleites to deliver high performance. His goal is to brand Purpleframe as futuristic market leading player in the content space.

Yogish holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He is certified in Six Sigma Quality Green Belt and is also trained in Lean Level 1 and 2.

Mahim Mishra

Mahim Mishra

President, Learning Solutions

Mahim – Description

Mahim Mishra has over 20 years of senior-level management and consulting experience with high-growth technology organizations and eLearning corporations. He has worked with IBM, GE, MasterCard, Sify Technologies & Origin Learning in various capacities. He is result-oriented with a strong technical background and highly effective strategic management and operations expertise.

In his last couple of roles, Mahim prepared and executed long-range business plans to grow business development revenues for the eLearning division of Sify Technologies and subsequently for Origin Learning.

Mahim has done his graduation from St. Stephen's College in Delhi and followed it up with a LLB from the Delhi Law Faculty. He has also done a 4-year diploma from NIIT in India. He is a PMP, Green Belt Certified and also a MCSE. Mahim is an avid bridge player and won the American National Bridge Championship in 1999.
