TalentQuest's AI Usage and Transparency Disclosure

At TalentQuest, we are committed to the responsible, ethical, and transparent use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in both our product suite and internal operations. This disclosure outlines how AI is used within our Talent Management products, as well as our internal governance and principles for AI utilization.

1. AI Usage within the TalentQuest Software

  • No Use of Customer Data for AI Model Training
    We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ data. TalentQuest does not use customer data to train our AI models.
  • No AI-based Decision Making
    While our software may offer AI-powered features to enhance user experience, all final decisions remain under human control. Our AI capabilities serve as supportive tools—not decision-makers.
  • Full Control over AI Features
    We believe our customers should have the choice to use AI in a way that best fits their needs. By default, AI features are disabled; users and administrators are empowered to toggle AI features on or off, either globally or by specific feature, within the TalentQuest product suite.
  • Prominent AI Disclaimer Notices for Transparency
    TalentQuest is committed to full transparency regarding the use of AI within our software. Whenever an AI-powered feature is present, we provide clear and prominent disclaimer notices within the platform, ensuring users are fully informed about when and how AI is being leveraged.

    As part of our commitment to responsible innovation, TalentQuest consults with Data Privacy experts early in the process of developing new AI-based features. We embrace a Privacy by Design approach, ensuring that our solutions are built in compliance with evolving data protection laws and best practices surrounding AI.

    TalentQuest maintains a comprehensive internal AI policy focused on responsible development and deployment of AI technologies within the organization. The policy emphasizes authorized and ethical use of pre-approved AI tools, with strict controls on data privacy, confidentiality, and security.

    Our team members receive training on the responsible use of AI, including best practices for data privacy and compliance. We emphasize ethical AI use and safeguard user and organizational data throughout all internal AI initiatives.
