Having served the bulk of her career inside the business in talent leadership roles, Dr. Schrage’s experience leading organizational development, talent management, and learning teams spans big technology, global restaurants, financial services, and the non-profit sector. Since joining TalentQuest in 2018, Marsha partners with clients to deliver customized talent management and leadership development strategies, facilitate employee engagement and learning solutions, and provide executive assessment and coaching services.

As User Experience Architect at TalentQuest, Michael is responsible for leading interface design efforts while collaborating with product teams to enhance usability based on client and end-user feedback. His over 20 years of digital experience includes UI/UX design, creative direction, front-end development, and email marketing. Michael is a graduate of The Pratt Institute and Savannah College of Art and Design.

Jon Naphin

Vice President
Jon Naphin is a Vice President with TalentQuest. As a client advocate, he takes a lead role in directing TalentQuest’s activities within select client relationships. Prior to joining TalentQuest, Jon held management positions at General Motors, ADP and Peachtree Software. He is the founding Chairman of LaAmistad, an Atlanta-based non-profit providing tutoring and life-skills training to Latino students and their families. Jon is a native of Niagara Falls, Ontario, earned his Bachelor’s degree from Kettering University in Flint Michigan and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

As the CTO at TalentQuest, Niranjan leads Product Management, Software Development and Infrastructure. He is also responsible for the company’s information security policies and compliance. Niranjan joined TalentQuest in 2007 and has more than 25 years of experience leading and managing small and large-scale software teams in several countries. He has an extensive background in software engineering, product design and agile product development across many business verticals, including manufacturing, financial services, and human capital management (HCM).

Rachel Finglass joined the TalentQuest team in 1994 and has been instrumental in building the business since then. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Rachel leads the day-to-day operations of the business. Rachel is also responsible for ensuring that client organizations incorporate best practices into their talent strategies and throughout their implementation of a fully aligned and integrated talent management solution.
