Of course, you do! As a Staff Accountant, will be reporting to the Corporate Controller in Atlanta and will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks focused on the timely and accurate recording of the business transactions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Properly capture and enter Vendor Invoices into Account Payable
- Ensure the above transactions are properly approved by the appropriate manager(s)
- Process Vendor payments
- Monitor bank and credit card activity, track down approvals and receipts, and properly record transactions.
- Reconcile Cash, Account Payable and Credit Card GL Accounts on a regular basis.
What we need from you:
- Looking for 2 to 4 years of experienced Looking for candidate with experience with general ledger transactions and reconciliations.
- Must know the importance of timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and proficiency in excel are a must.
- Education: com/M.com/CA/CPA/CMA
