What Does an Inside Sales Executive Do?

Sr Inside sales executive interact with potential and existing clients through emails and telephone calls to persuade them to purchase companies’ eLearning products. They generate qualified leads and create suitable quotes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • To provide sales support in building a pipeline of leads to the sales manager
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Make cold/outgoing calls to develop new leads and schedule meetings.
  • Run E-mail Campaigns and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain Lead database.
  • Research on companies and Industries and build prospects lists and generate leads.
  • Provide timely update on the lead generation process to the sales management.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
  • Nurturing the leads by constant follow ups and schedule meetings with prospective clients
  • Active on LinkedIn and ZoomInfo, make connects and run message campaigns.

What Do We Need From You?

  • Education: Any graduate MBA preferred
  • Strong direct and remote sales skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience in HRIS product sales
  • Knowledge of market research and sales
  • A drive to achieve results with minimal supervision.
