Who Are You?

Our next Client Experience Advisor! Want To Know More? Of course you do! As a Client Experience (CX) Advisor with TalentQuest, you will be afforded the opportunity to work with our clientele throughout their talent management experience. You will assist in inquiries regarding the TalentQuest software solution, troubleshoot and address any issues our customers may have, and ensure a seamless and overall exceptional experience. We would ideally like for you have experience supporting a diverse clientele via email, chat and phone with a pleasant demeanor and consumer-oriented problem-solving acumen.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide information about the SaaS products and best practice.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Ensure that all interactions encourage customer satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality
  • Train clients on using the TalentQuest software
  • System configuration and updates to support our clients
  • Deliver a consultative and customer centric approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift without micromanagement to support an evolving work environment.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to achieve top-notch client experience and retention
  • High personal accountability to meet the team and individual metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, include updated job aides and training materials
  • Responsible for other duties or projects as assigned
  • Identify gaps in our internal processes on the CX team and help develop and implement improvements.

What Do We Need From You?


  • 2+ years of experience providing outstanding customer service in a customer-facing role in the software industry.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience with Help Desk/end user support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular attention to patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels in the organization and cross-functional departments, such as IT and Sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • An amazing ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and operate successfully under tight deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perfect your work
  • Loads of energy and excitement
  • The extraordinary ability to avoid NERF gun bullets at any given time


  • Experience with common customer experience and analytics platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Delighted, FullStory, Amplitude).
  • Experience with system administration supporting SaaS products
  • Understanding of HR concepts and philosophies (i.e. Learning Management Systems, Compensation, Performance Appraisals, Goals)
  • Data-driven, using data analytics to develop insights and drive strategies and programs
  • Project management experience including project planning and execution
