We are a team of driven and passionate people. We know talent management and we know our clients. There is nothing more satisfying to us than helping a client create a system or solution to develop their most valuable asset — people. We believe that with the right effort and the right tools, we can make things easier for our clients. That’s talent management simplified. That's TalentQuest.
We care about what our colleagues and clients have to say. We’re curious and we want to understand. We keep an open mind.
We can always be better. We seek out opportunities to grow personally and professionally. We learn from each other.
We partner with colleagues and clients to make things happen. We are better together.
We exceed expectations. We make our clients look good. We have our clients’ best interests at heart. Relationships matter.
We do the right thing. We tell it like it is. We hold ourselves accountable.
We seek out different perspectives. After all, our differences make us strong.
We get involved. We give back. We want to make an impact.
We hit the target with the fewest bullets.
We Have Fun
We laugh. We play. We love what we do.
For many years, TalentQuest has been working with select nonprofit organizations by offering software solutions and consulting services on a discounted or pro bono basis. We believe the work that nonprofit organizations perform is incredibly important to the communities they serve. To support these organizations, TalentQuest launched a strategic, formalized Giving Back program, to enable their leaders to focus less time and energy on talent management issues and more on accomplishing their organizations’ important missions. Within this program, several opportunities and contributions are available to qualified nonprofit organizations:
Giving back to the local communities where we live and work is a passion shared across the company. The TalentQuest Volunteer Program provides our employees four paid hours per month to serve their philanthropy of choice. Each year, our employees contribute more than 1,800 volunteer hours to numerous charitable organizations in all areas of service, including arts and sciences, health, the environment, technology, social justice and organizations supporting women and children.
