IT Infrastructure & Security Manager

The next Infrastructure & Security Manager is responsible for the public cloud environment that hosts our SaaS software platform as well as our on-prem office infrastructure.

Of course, you do! As the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing all IT infrastructure operations at our Atlanta location (50 users) and all the cloud-based environments that host our SaaS software platform.

Your day will include:

  • Design, build and deliver a highly scalable public cloud presence
  • Enhance performance throughout the infrastructure automation framework
  • Plan, lead and drive infrastructure projects through entire lifecycle
  • Manage on-prem infrastructure operations and support
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory. Proactively review contract renewals, domain registrations, security certificates, etc.
  • Manage infrastructure and network security including monitoring/auditing and creating and implementing IT standards, policies, and auditing compliance
  • Manage help desk operations
  • Implement tooling to optimize performance, availability and costs
  • Help drive innovation while encouraging standards and efficiency
  • Vendor and budget management

What Do We Need from You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure/security related field including 3+ years managing vendors and projects
  • Hands-on experience scaling and managing cloud-based infrastructures
  • Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure
  • Solid foundation in software engineering best practices
  • High level of experience maintaining security of the infrastructure, services, and capabilities including network architectures with VPN and VPC
  • Experience in server administration including file/print, process automation servers, business application servers, database servers (SQL), web servers and phone servers
  • Experience in VMWare administration
  • Experience with building and managing disaster recovery services
  • Ability to interface with several internal partners simultaneously
  • Clear communication with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to commute to Midtown Atlanta daily
  • Loads of energy and excitement
  • The extraordinary ability to dodge NERF gun bullets at any given time

As a Senior Consultant, you will be operating as a generalist in partnership with leaders and organizations in support of their goals to increase overall impact and effectiveness.   • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology preferred  (I/O with strong assessment experience will also be considered)

Solution Designer

Description

The Solution Designer (SD) plays a critical client-facing role that consults with client stakeholders to design innovative training solutions that connect TalentQuest’s capabilities to their business challenges. The SD process includes participating in business development opportunities to identify client needs, defining engaging training experience to support that need, developing the associated solution proposal and pricing inputs, and designing the corresponding curricula or courses.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to identify and document business challenges that require training solutions
  • Conduct a needs assessment to define client requirements and specifications
  • Design training solutions based an understanding of instructional theory, the diversity of learning styles, and the most appropriate delivery format
  • Provide scope, cost, and resource inputs for solution proposals, prices, and resource plans
  • Design the required curriculums or course(s) with corresponding training materials
  • Facilitate solutions through face-to-face seminars
  • Remain current on industry trends, research, and technologies for inclusion in solution designs
  • Lead continuous improvement/change efforts

Skills

  • Good commercial acumen with a fair understanding of cost, price, margin including contractual obligations and risk
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management including C-Level and Sr. Executives
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and oral formats

  • 5+ years of work experience as a field practitioner – healthcare experience a plus

Required Education

  • A graduate degree from an accredited university in a related discipline
  • Industry training/practitioner certifications
