As a Senior Consultant, you will be operating as a generalist in partnership with leaders and organizations in support of their goals to increase overall impact and effectiveness. Leveraging deep insights and understanding human behavior and group dynamics alongside strong business acumen, we are able to make a significant difference in the functioning and effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations. What we need from you:

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology preferred  (I/O with strong assessment experience will also be considered)

As an Implementation Manager with TalentQuest, you will be afforded the opportunity to combine your analytic and project management skills with your outstanding ability to translate system information in order to smoothly transition new clients to the TalentQuest system. We are counting on you to proactively consult with clients regarding best practices and necessary process changes to optimize their use of the TQ Talent Management system.

Your day will include:

  • Managing the entire software implementation process for multiple clients
  • Managing project plans, timelines, and client expectations
  • Guiding clients through implementation decision points
  • Conducting system setup and configuration
  • Managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
  • Managing all implementation-related activities, including change requests and gap strategies
  • Providing client experience feedback to the product development team to initiate any system and/or process improvements

What Do We Need from You?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience leading SAAS implementation
  • 3 years of experience in Talent Management or Talent Development
  • LMS implementation experience highly preferred

Your day will include:

Solution Designer

Description

The Solution Designer (SD) plays a critical client-facing role that consults with client stakeholders to design innovative training solutions that connect TalentQuest’s capabilities to their business challenges. The SD process includes participating in business development opportunities to identify client needs, defining engaging training experience to support that need, developing the associated solution proposal and pricing inputs, and designing the corresponding curricula or courses.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to identify and document business challenges that require training solutions
  • Conduct a needs assessment to define client requirements and specifications
  • Design training solutions based an understanding of instructional theory, the diversity of learning styles, and the most appropriate delivery format
  • Provide scope, cost, and resource inputs for solution proposals, prices, and resource plans
  • Design the required curriculums or course(s) with corresponding training materials
  • Facilitate solutions through face-to-face seminars
  • Remain current on industry trends, research, and technologies for inclusion in solution designs
  • Lead continuous improvement/change efforts

Skills

  • Good commercial acumen with a fair understanding of cost, price, margin including contractual obligations and risk
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management including C-Level and Sr. Executives
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and oral formats

Required Education
