Of course you do! As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the CEO and other key executives. Working in conjunction with other members of the Administrative Support team, you will support individual members of the executive team to ensure efficient delivery of client deliverables as well as provide support of the company’s administrative needs.

Your day will include:

  • Making travel arrangements (through the company travel agent)
  • Drafting and editing correspondence
  • Editing reports
  • Creating and editing presentations
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Supporting the assessment needs of our consultants (administering and scoring assessments)
  • Ordering office, breakroom, and testing supplies
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events

What We Need From You?

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creativity and resourcefulness
  • High level of comfort interacting with all levels in an organization

As the Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the clients as well as colleagues on the Client Success team on a variety of projects, focused primarily on our proprietary, cloud-based talent management system. You will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the TalentQuest system and take initiative to assist the Client Success team.

Your day will include:
  • Fulfilling support requests from clients, via email and telephone
  • Supporting the Client Success team on its day-to-day support and management of our software clients
  • Troubleshooting any TalentQuest software problems; tracking issues and maintaining ongoing contact with the client and internal TalentQuest resources until issue is resolved
  • Maintaining and updating system documentation, including administrator guides and job aids
  • Drafting release notes and related communications and managing the communication process to clients
  • Setting up procedures and scenarios for client testing and system demonstrations
  • Administrative support for special projects, as needed
What We Need From You?
  • Previous client support experience
  • Strong email, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PC and Internet skills
  • Willingness to commute to Midtown Atlanta daily
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

What Do We Need From You?

  • 3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager in a software company

Our next Talent Management – I-O Psychology Intern!

As a Talent Management – I-O Psychology Intern you will work on a number of exciting projects, both independently as well as collaboratively with internal stakeholders and senior consultants. You will have the opportunity to build upon and apply skills in many areas of I-O psychology, organizational development and talent management. In this role, you will be responsible for project execution, ongoing communication with internal client managers and/or clients, and writing and/or structuring highly customized client presentations and reports. On occasion, you may be required to present your work to senior management, executives and boards of directors.

  • Analyzing statistical data and conducting research
  • Producing reports/materials for client deliverables
  • Working closely with consultants on internal and external projects
  • Applying skills in the areas of:
    • Designing learning and development initiatives for organizations

What We Need From You?
  •  Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Psychology or related field or an MBA with a focus on HR management or organizational development
  • Experience with SPSS or other statistical packages
  • Experience with Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • General understanding of industry standards in talent management
  • High level of comfort developing presentations

Of course you do! As the System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. You will be responsible for security compliance of all systems and networks within the TalentQuest infrastructure and will also provide helpdesk/desktop support to 50 employees at the TalentQuest office in Atlanta. We will be counting on you for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software.

Your day will include:
  • Installing new/rebuilding existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
  • Contributing to and maintaining system standards
  • Researching and recommending innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues
  • Performing backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up
  • Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory
  • Proactively review contract renewals, domain registrations, security certificates, etc.
  • Performing ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Maintaining data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
What We Need From You?
  • 3+ years of system administration experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with technical major, such as engineering or computer science
  • System Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft
  • The ability to interpret and/or discuss with others information that involves terminology or concepts may not be familiar
