System Administrator

Our next System Administrator!

Want To Know More?

Of course you do! As the System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. You will be responsible for security compliance of all systems and networks within the TalentQuest infrastructure and will also provide helpdesk/desktop support to 50 employees at the TalentQuest office in Atlanta. We will be counting on you for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software.

Your day will include:
  • Installing new/rebuilding existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
  • Contributing to and maintaining system standards
  • Researching and recommending innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks
  • Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
  • Investigating and troubleshooting issues
  • Performing backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up
  • Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory
  • Proactively review contract renewals, domain registrations, security certificates, etc.
  • Performing ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
  • Maintaining data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
What We Need From You?
  • 3+ years of system administration experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with technical major, such as engineering or computer science
  • System Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft
  • The ability to interpret and/or discuss with others information that involves terminology or concepts may not be familiar
  • Loads of energy and excitement
  • The desire to make a great product better and more competitive
  • The extraordinary ability to avoid NERF gun bullets at any given time

Regional Sales Manager

Our next Regional Sales Manager!

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be held to a very high standard in terms of production and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating your own Regional plan and generating new business in your local market. We are looking for a serious hunter, and that person is you!

Your day will include:
  • Selling TalentQuest’s Talent Management software, training services and consulting services
  • Securing new business leads through cold calling, networking
  • Demonstrating a high-level of comfortability with conducting demos in-person and via the web
  • Managing and leading presentations and proposals
  • Demonstrating accuracy in forecasting and communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records throughout the sales cycle in Salesforce
What Do We Need From You?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of eLearning/ training sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully selling training at the Executive level
  • You must be a hunter!
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Loads of energy and excitement
These Are Awesome Too!
  • 3+ years background selling in the HR Consulting or Talent Management related industries
  • Consultative and solution sales experience

Our next Implementation Manager!

Of course you do! As an Implementation Manager with TalentQuest, you will be afforded the opportunity to combine your analytic and project management skills with your outstanding ability to translate system information in order to smoothly transition new clients to the TalentQuest system. We are counting on you to proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary process changes to optimize their use of the system.

Your day will include:
  • Configuring the TalentQuest software to meet client specifications
  • Setting up and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process
  • Training clients and colleagues on the software
  • Documenting system processes, including job aids, admin guides, help center articles and release notes
  • Providing client experience feedback to the product development team to initiate any system and/or process improvements
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Being extremely detail-oriented and proactively following up on project tasks
What Do We Need From You?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a software implementation or support role
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience independently managing several projects simultaneously
  • An amazing ability to operate successfully under tight deadlines
