Product Marketing Intern

Our next Product Marketing Intern!

Of course you do! As a Product Marketing Intern you will work on a number of exciting projects, both independently as well as collaboratively with associates from our marketing department. You will have the opportunity to build upon and apply skills to support our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for researching competitive trends, buyer behaviors, and other market drivers to assist defining how we position our solutions. On occasion, you may be required to present your work to internal stakeholders.

Your day may include:

  • Supporting research and reporting on the buying behavior of the market to inform messaging, product and sales strategies.
  • Assisting in marketing promotional activities (e.g. collateral materials, web presence, promotions).
  • Assisting in the development of go-to-market, product presentations and marketing materials.
  • Supporting marketing and product teams in daily administrative tasks and meetings.
What We Need From You?
  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or engineering related field.
  • Must have completed at least two full years of study and be actively enrolled in a degree program.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong desire to learn about marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and sense of humor.

Of course you do! As the Operations Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of TalentQuest. Working in conjunction with other members of the Administrative Support team, you will support individual members of the team to ensure efficient delivery of client deliverables as well as provide support of the company’s administrative needs.

Your day will include:
  • Making travel arrangements (through the company travel agent)
  • Drafting and editing correspondence
  • Editing reports
  • Creating and editing presentations
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Supporting the assessment needs of our consultants (administering and scoring assessments)
  • Ordering office, breakroom, and testing supplies
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
What Do We Need From You?
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creativity and resourcefulness
  • High level of comfort interacting with all levels in an organization
  • Willingness to commute to Midtown Atlanta daily
  • Self-starter

Of course you do! As the Receptionist, you will be the manager of first impressions. You will be the face of the TalentQuest Atlanta office, greeting all visitors and ensuring all encounters are positive.

Your day will include:

  • Greeting guests
  • Professionally answering calls and directing them appropriately
  • Maintaining security by following procedures and monitoring log book
  • Ensuring reception and conference areas are safe and clean
  • Coordinating and managing conference room resources
  • Ordering office and breakroom supplies
  • Maintaining internal employee parking log
  • Coordinate internal events and catering for meetings

What We Need From You?

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong Customer Service orientation

Of course you do! As the Staff Account you will be responsible for a variety of routine accounting functions. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to nearly every aspect of finance/accounting.

Your day will include:
  • Processing ACH payments
  • Billing
  • Preparing, reviewing and distributing financial reports
  • Applying A/R payments, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitoring delinquent accounts
What Do We Need From You?
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Willingness to commute to Midtown Atlanta daily
  • Understanding of data flows from input to final record
  • Self-starter
