TQ Competency Management enables the design of client-specific competencies that form a foundation for assessing employee effectiveness through Performance Appraisals, 360° Surveys, and Succession Planning. Over time, these competencies are the drivers of successful job and organizational performance.
Module Highlights
- Use an existing model from our extensive library or develop customized models reflecting your culture and specific needs
- Create, store and edit a top-level core competency model, as well as position or job-specific competency models
- Integrate with learning management systems or use TalentQuest’s Developmental Resource and Coaching Tip Library to map training resources to competencies
- Consistently apply competency models to conduct Performance Appraisals, 360° Surveys and Succession Planning
