Available to all current and new TalentQuest clients, the module will significantly enhance employees’ ability to contribute to organizational performance.
The new TQ Goal Module will better enable organizations to communicate and disseminate specific strategic objectives. As a result, managers and employees can align their individual goals and clearly see where they should be prioritizing their efforts throughout the year. The module allows employees to easily and efficiently update goal activities and accomplishments, so employees can constantly monitor their progress and the organization can aggregate progress reports on an enterprise-wide basis.

Goal process workflow: Administrators now have the flexibility to configure the goal process workflow and select the roles or individuals who will be involved in Goal Creation and Goal Approval. The workflow allows the goal administrators to establish appropriate permissions and access rights at every level.
Notifications and tasks for the workflow stages: Individuals receive pre and post reminders for each task on their homepage, resulting in continual visibility and goal-process workflow.
A flexible coupling between the Goal and Performance Modules: The TQ Goal Module can be used as a stand-alone module or in conjunction with the TQ Performance Module. Administrators have the flexibility to configure the association between performance reviews and goals so that the appropriate goals are pulled in for evaluation during the performance review process.
Enhanced goal setting interface for end users: The TQ Goal Module provides a clean, sophisticated user interface designed to be both intuitive and user friendly.
Ability for administrators to cascade goals: Administrators now have the ability to create goal templates that can be cascaded down to the desired position(s) or segment(s) of the organization in order to kick start the goal setting process.
Ability for employees to track Goal Activities: Employees now have the ability to document Goal Activities throughout the year to indicate what they are accomplishing and how those contributions impact their progress towards overall completion.
