TalentQuest’s Developing Emerging Leaders program is a turnkey program designed to increase knowledge and awareness of management fundamentals to allow emerging leaders to practice the skills associated with successful management and to create lasting change in management effectiveness. The program combines instructor-led training (ILT), small- and large-group discussion, case studies and role playing, maximizing learning and maintaining active participation throughout the program. The program is modular and lightly customizable, but ideally delivered to no more than 20 participants per TalentQuest trainer, over these eight sessions:
