Ann Evangelista

Managing Director, Atlanta

Dr. Ann Evangelista is the Managing Director of TalentQuest’s consulting practice in Atlanta. She has been a licensed psychologist for ten years, and has worked as a management consultant for the past twelve. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Georgia Psychological Association, and the Society of Consulting Psychology. In 2006, she was named one of Atlanta’s “Top 40 under 40” and in 2007 as a “Woman to Watch” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. In 2011, Ann was named to the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology. She is a presenter at national conferences and has appeared in several Atlanta media spots on a variety of current leadership issues.

Dr. Evangelista’s areas of specialty include executive assessment, leadership development, succession planning/talent review, and team development. Recently, she has been focusing particular attention on how organizations can maximize multiple generations in the workplace, as well as on the importance of physical activity and a “whole person” lifestyle on mental and leadership health. .A significant amount of her work is in executive coaching, helping leaders accelerate their effectiveness through sustained behavioral change.

In her free time, Ann serves on several nonprofit Boards, including the Atlanta Leadership Symposium and Junior Achievement (JA) of Georgia. She is a past Chair of the East Atlanta Kids Club (EAKC). She enjoys volunteering with EAKC, TriKids, Inc., JA of Georgia, Hosea Feed the Hungry, StreetGRACE, and Team in Training. She and her fiancé are avid triathletes, and enjoy international travel.
