Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a proven software sales executive to sell our comprehensive Talent Management Software and Consulting Solutions to prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling software solutions to senior-level executives.
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for securing new business leads through a variety of channels, conducting in-person and web-based presentations of our solutions, building consensus, and negotiating and closing agreements. You will be responsible for establishing strong client and prospect relationships in a consultative and strategic selling environment.

Essential Functions:

• The sale of TalentQuest’s talent management software and consulting services
• Must be a Hunter as you are going after new business
• Securing new business leads through cold calling, networking and building consensus with prospects
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets by understanding clients’ business challenges and positioning TalentQuest’s talent management solutions to address the challenges
• Conduct in-person and web-based presentations
• Maintain accurate and up–to-date records throughout the sales cycle in Salesforce.com

Skills and Proficiency Requirements:

• 5-7 years software sales experience
• 3+ years background selling in the HR Consulting, Human Capital Management, or Talent Management related industries is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of successfully selling software solutions at the Executive level
• Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions is a plus
• Consultative and solution sales experience preferred
• Must be comfortable conducting in-depth software demonstrations on TalentQuest’s products and services, in-person and on-line
• Manage and lead presentations and proposals, ensuring the content of presentations and proposals are targeted and represent the prospect’s requirements matched with TalentQuest solutions
• Maintain extensive knowledge of TalentQuest’s products and services
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Hard-working, aggressive, self-motivated, persuasive, and productive
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to understand the importance of documenting meeting minutes, action items, and discussions/decisions
• Accurate in forecasting and communicating monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues
• Bachelor’s degree
