TalentQuest Unveils Succession Management Module
Sophisticated talent profiles enable employers to make fast and informed talent movement decisions.
ATLANTA, July 6, 2010 - TalentQuest, a human capital management and software solutions firm, today announced the release of its much-anticipated Succession Management module, creating an intersection of an individual’s performance and an organization’s potential. The new module enables organizations to track and develop high-performing and high-potential employees, effectively creating a talent pool from which they can select the best available candidate for a given position.

The initial release features a sophisticated talent profile that captures a wealth of searchable data. In addition to the basic performance-related data that is currently available, TalentQuest clients are now able to search for candidates based on a variety of individual attributes, from educational degrees, professional certifications and association memberships, to technical skills, work history and a willingness to relocate. Individuals can be evaluated against other individuals or against a specified set of criteria.
