360° Internal Certification Training
TalentQuest’s 360° Feedback Certification Program prepares managers to effectively interpret the TalentQuest 360° Feedback Report and to conduct a feedback session. This two-day training program is ideal for anyone who plans to review and interpret other people’s 360° feedback data or conduct feedback sessions using TalentQuest 360° Feedback Reports. The Certification Program provides participants with all of the information they need to accurately interpret reports and the opportunity to practice and hone the skills necessary to conduct feedback sessions like an expert.
A TalentQuest consultant works with representatives of your organization to:
- Understand your organizational structure, business strategies, culture, and policies, especially as they relate to the development of your people
- Customize the training to meet your organization’s specific needs and requirements
- Tailor learning materials to reflect your specific competency model and customized TalentQuest 360° Feedback Report
- Assist in determining which participants are ready to be certified and make recommendations for how to best prepare others for future certification
