Managing for Peak Performance™
Managing for Peak Performance™ is ideal for managers who already have the fundamental skills necessary to effectively manage people, but are looking to take their management skills to the next level. With a focus on achieving Peak Performance as individuals and as a team, the program will help managers:
- Manage and improve their employees’ performance through influence, not authority
- Create a culture of mutual respect and appreciation of diversity
- Set goals for their individual employees and teams
- Conduct clear and constructive performance appraisals
- Coach and provide feedback in the most effective, motivating way
- Make available effective workplace assessment tools
Participants will come away with an awareness of what the achievement of Peak Performance requires. They will have a deeper understanding of the performance management cycle and all aspects of effective performance management. They will possess the core competencies of providing feedback and coaching and will be more confident in their ability to build, lead and motivate teams through one-on-one interactions and group meetings.
