Ann Evangelista, Psy.D.

Dr. Ann Evangelista joined TalentQuest in 2003, and serves as the Managing Director of the Atlanta consulting practice. In this capacity, she is responsible for partnering with clients to ensure their talent management outcomes are in keeping with their overarching objectives. Ann plays a key role in determining which integrated solutions would best suit client needs and she provides consultative services across the talent management spectrum, with an emphasis on executive coaching. Dr. Evangelista leverages the resources of the corporate headquarters to expand TalentQuest’s local awareness and brand visibility. Prior to joining TalentQuest, Dr. Evangelista maintained both a consulting and clinical practice and also served on the faculty of Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology.

Dr. Evangelista strives to help organizations create world-class leadership through rigorous and effective talent selection, management and development. Her areas of specialty include executive assessment, leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching and team development.

Dr. Evangelista is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Georgia and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Georgia Psychological Association, the Society of Consulting Psychology, the National Association of Female Executives, and several academic honor societies. In 2007, she was named one of Atlanta’s “Top 40 under 40” and a “Woman to Watch” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. She has recently spoken as a panelist for Atlanta’s Catalyst Magazine, as well as on the Atlanta Business Radio Show, regarding the challenges facing business leaders in the 21st Century.

While Dr. Evangelista travels extensively, she is firmly committed to serving her community. In addition to coordinating employee volunteer work within TalentQuest, she serves on several nonprofit Boards, including as a Board Chair, and as a triathlete and mentor for Team in Training (the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society).

When not volunteering in her spare time, Dr. Evangelista enjoys competing in triathlon, traveling, camping, and hiking with her Newfoundland Dog.
