Jim Basile
Managing Director, NW Region
Dr. Jim Basile is the Vice President and Managing Director of the West Region and has been building the TalentQuest presence in the West Coast market. He established the TalentQuest west coast operation and provides integrated TalentQuest solutions to a wide spectrum of client organizations of all sizes. He continually expands the TalentQuest presence in the region through collaborative partnerships, speaking engagements and professional associations and accreditations.
Dr. Basile holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. Before joining TalentQuest, he began his career working as an Air Force psychologist, providing both patient care and line consultation. Upon his discharge from the Air Force, Jim directed an inpatient adolescent treatment facility for Innovative Healthcare Systems of America; he later moved into a business development role for that organization. During the mid 1980s, he and his family moved to Charleston, S.C., where Jim and his wife Kim opened their own network of clinics. His experience working in the business of healthcare spawned a desire to broaden his exposure to other business ventures.
Jim has enjoyed working across a broad spectrum of businesses. He approaches consulting as a partnership—not as a financial transaction. His commitment to service and desire to exceed expectations wherever possible exemplify the values of TalentQuest.
