Jelena Crawford
Jelena serves as an Associate Consultant for TalentQuest's Atlanta office. Jelena graduated from Agnes Scott College with a B.A. in Psychology and Business/Economics. She completed her M.S. in Organizational Behavior at Georgia State University in 2005. During her graduate studies, she consulted with organizations on personnel issues including employee selection, employee and retention, compensation analysis, etc. In addition, she completed a 1.5 year internship with Corporate Psychology Resources in Consulting and Product Development.
Jelena works within her areas of expertise which include the development of Assessment Centers, Competency Models, Leadership Development Programs, Peak Performer Modeling, Behavioral Interview Guides, and Organizational Surveys. She also manages large-scale consulting engagements for the company. Jelena is a member of the Atlanta Society of Applied Psychologists and the Organizational Change Alliance.
In her spare time, Jelena is dedicated to volunteering within the community and devotes much time to local animal rescue organizations.
