J. Steve Bush
Chief Operating Officer
Steve joined TalentQuest in 2008. As Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for managing the infrastructure of TalentQuest. His oversight includes Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Client Support. In addition, Steve oversees administrative support for the entire organization.
Prior to joining TalentQuest, Steve was the Director of Customer Service and Market General Manager for Recall North America, a document management company. In his numerous P&L positions, Steve focused on process design and improvement, standard operating procedures, and business analytics. Steve has also worked as project manager and engineer for Chevron Pipe Line and Georgia Power Company.
Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Steve also graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.
He and his wife Katie live in Atlanta with their two daughters.
