Jim Basile
Managing Director, Northwest Region
Dr. Jim Basile holds a doctorate in clinical psychology. Before joining TalentQuest, he began his career working as an Air Force psychologist, providing both patient care and line consultation. Upon his discharge from the Air Force, Jim directed an inpatient adolescent treatment facility for Innovative Healthcare Systems of America; he later moved into a business development role for that organization. During the mid 1980s, he and his family moved to Charleston, S.C., where Jim and his wife Kim opened their own network of clinics. His experience working in the business of healthcare spawned a desire to broaden his exposure to other business ventures.
Jim has enjoyed working across a broad spectrum of businesses. He approaches consulting as a partnership — not as a financial transaction. His commitment to service and desire to exceed expectations wherever possible exemplify the values of TalentQuest.
