TalentQuest Commitment to Continual Growth Reflected in New Clients, New Partnerships

Human capital management firm leveraged business partners to respond to increased business and talent management trends.

ATLANTA, May 7, 2009 - TalentQuest, a human capital management and software solutions firm, upheld its commitment to fostering ongoing growth by expanding its client roster across all industries and collaborating with business partners to further extend service offerings.

A keen focus area for TalentQuest in 2009 has been optimizing and broadening its alliances, by offering clients ancillary, value-added solutions and extending the company’s nationwide reach. OnPoint Consulting paved the way for several new TQ client relationships, including Forest Labs and New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company (NJM). Human Capital Resources and TalentQuest jointly entered new client agreements with Masonite and Sterling Educational Media.

New strategic partners for TalentQuest this year to date include Leadership Futures, Leadership Matters, Chiron Consulting Group, and Florida Consulting Group.

“Our partners have been a solid growth vehicle for TalentQuest, and we have really seen how continually widening our service spectrum has benefitted our clients,” said Kevin Sessions, president of TalentQuest. “We are looking forward to collaborating with our partners to deliver even more extensive talent management solutions for our clients’ unique needs.”

Vertical specialization and customized solutions have created a solid niche for TalentQuest, and the TQ for Financial Services suite, in particular, has attracted dozens of community banks and other clients in this sector. TalentQuest conducted executive assessments for Community Bankshares and selection assessments for Total Systems Services, Inc. (TSYS), a leader in electronic payment services. Embassy National Bank, Rockbridge Bank and Atlanta Equity partnered with TalentQuest for specialized strategic consulting services.

TalentQuest largely supports the greater Georgia community and welcomed local organizations GA Tech, NRI Construction and Druid Hills Golf Club to its roster as well.

The Enterprise Innovation Institute at GA Tech engaged TalentQuest for performance management training and for automating objectives management and performance appraisals. TQ partnered with the executive teams at NRI Construction and Druid Hills Golf Club to select a new CEO and GM, respectively.

“This year has presented new, unprecedented challenges in regards to shifting talent management needs within organizations and learning to ‘do more with less,’” explained TalentQuest CEO, Frank Merritt. “In these times, there is less emphasis on selection and a stronger focus on retention, development and productivity of existing employees. We are developing long-term strategies with our clients that can shift as their needs change.”
